See more of the Queenstown region in a single private full day loop, without retracing your route. This tour combines sightseeing, local history, food stops and free time across Arrowtown, Wanaka, Cromwell, Crown Range, Cardrona, Gibbston and Kawarau Gorge, making it a practical choice if you want a broad overview without driving yourself.
The day includes time in Gibbston to see bungy jumping and Lord of the Rings views, followed by fruit tasting in Cromwell. In Wanaka, you’ll have a guided driving tour and one hour of free time to enjoy the lake front and town for shopping, sightseeing or food. There is also a stop to help you photograph the Wanaka Tree, along with a high view over Lake Wanaka and photo stops on New Zealand’s highest rd.
In Cardrona, enjoy a drink at the Cardrona Hotel and stop for photos at the well known Bra fence. The route also takes in the Crown Range and Crown Terrace, plus the 45th sign and Kawarau Gorge. Later, explore Arrowtown on a guided driving tour, including the Chinese settlement, then spend an hour at your own pace to look around the historic streets, shops and food spots.
