These pedal-assisted, front suspension e-bikes are designed to make the trail network easier to cover, helping flatten hills and reduce the effort needed on longer sections. The fleet includes Merida, Norco, and Sinch bikes, and the team will talk you through how everything works before you set off, so the ride feels straightforward from the start. A detailed trail map and local tips are also included to help you plan your route.

Choose a half-day hire of up to 4 hours for a shorter ride, or a full-day hire of up to 8 hours if you want more time on the trail. On the lowest assist setting, battery range averages 70 to 80 km, giving you plenty of scope to explore further across the Queenstown Trail network.

Riders need to be at least 135 cm tall to fit the smallest available e-bikes. This is a flexible way to see more of Queenstown without the demands of a standard mountain bike.
