Travel from Queenstown to Milford Sound with a proudly family owned and operated company on a full day journey through Fiordland National Park.

The day begins aboard a luxury coach designed for space and comfort, giving you room to settle in and watch the landscape change as you travel alongside Lake Wakatipu. Your local driver shares stories and insights about the region as the route continues to Lake Te Anau for a short morning stop.

From there, the journey includes several well known points along the Milford Road. Pause at Eglinton Valley for a photo stop, then take a short bush walk at Mirror Lakes, where reflections appear on clear, calm days. You will also travel through the Homer Tunnel, built during the 1940s, before continuing deeper into Fiordland National Park toward Milford Sound.

At Milford Sound, board a full length nature cruise of around 1 hour 45 minutes. From the water, you can take in the scale of the fiord, with towering peaks, waterfalls, and the chance to spot resident wildlife. After the cruise, return to Queenstown by coach, with the same relaxed pace and wide ranging views that make this a comfortable way to experience Milford Sound in a single day.
