Adults-only Queenstown tasting tour with 12+ beer, gin and wine tastings, visiting Canyon Brewing, Arrowtown and Amisfield Winery.

Tour Overview

Spend an afternoon tasting your way through Queenstown on a small group tour limited to 10 guests. Travelling in a luxury Mercedes Sprinter with a local wine guide, this adults only experience combines sightseeing with more than 12 tastings across craft beer, gin, and wine.

The tour begins at Canyon Brewing, near the Shotover River, where you can choose a tasting paddle of local beers or a wine flight. The setting looks out toward the Shotover River and Skippers Canyon, adding a strong sense of place to the first stop.

From there, continue to Rifters Gin in historic Arrowtown. Housed inside Dudley’s Cottage, this tasting introduces Rifters’ small batch gins in a hosted session that also covers their grain to glass process. The setting is intimate and grounded in Arrowtown’s historic character.

The final stop is Amisfield Winery, where a hosted tasting showcases elegant Central Otago wines, including Pinot Noir and cool climate whites. The cellar door sits within a dramatic stone building, and the wines come from a single estate organic vineyard. Amisfield was named RIEDEL Vineyard of the Year 2024.

This is a relaxed, social afternoon for curious tasters and celebration groups, with a calm pace, comfortable transport, and the chance that Bella, the wine tour dog, may join part of the day.
